Club Records
Club records must be set in an official permitted and certified race, the results must show St Albans Striders as the affiliated club, and a club vest must be worn.
Where both gun and chip times are available, the gun time should be used.
The following IAAF competition rules are adopted for club records in road running events:
- The start and finish points of a course, measured along a theoretical straight line between them, shall not be further apart than 50% of the race distance.
- The overall decrease in elevation between the start and finish shall not exceed 1:1000, i.e. 1m per km.
