St Albans Striders WikiLake Vyrnwy
On Sunday 10th September 2006 Deborah, Will, John and I (Jonathan) went to Wales to participate in the Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon. A beautiful course around the lake, consisting of only one hill at the start. A really well organised race, fast course, and we got really lucky with the weather too. My wife Lynn came along with me for support, and Ed came along with John. Thanks to them, and to Lynn for the Photos (below).
