Sandy 10m 25 March DNF. It is apparently an illotibial band injury. I think it has been masked by fast training and a lack of knee pain. I have had it a lot at work when not running too much.

Sunflower 10k 01 April 44 24. Really suffered with injury 2nd half. 3 49 ist km so i guess started to suffer after 3k. Will take week off now.
