The 10K today was rgeat success, for once not the hottest day so far. Ryan (Highgate Harriers) held is impressive record of winning for the 4th consectutive year, managing to beat his previous course record. Sally Onn (ST Albans Striders) took the womens and county races. More info on the race is on the StAlbans10KWinners page, and St Albans Striders results on the StAlbans10K page.

Please have a quick look around, but the point of a wiki is that you can edit the pages. This means that anyone in the club (anyone at all in fact) can add information they wish to share. This can be race information (past or future), training schedules etc. In order to edit pages you will initally have to register. Due to spam attacks registration has to be approved by the administrator, so if you want a new account mail webmaster@stalbansstridersracing.com. Once you have an account you need to log in, and this will enable you to create and edit pages.
